JH had MRI scan of lumbar spine

JH received a copy letter dated 6 February 2006 referring her to Dr A Allwood, Consultant Nephrologist at Derriford sent by Dr Fernando Moro-Azuela, Kathy’s Consultant.  JH phoned Kathy to ask the latter to make sure that JH was not recorded as ‘Mrs’ on any records up at K’s end; Kathy phoned JH back (in other words we spoke to each other’s answerphones) to say that she had asked Dr Fernando Moro Azuela’s Secretary to alter JH’s title, and to alter K’s GP to Anna Linacero Gracia.


2006 - February 13th - Monday

JH received a copy letter to Dr Allwood, at Derriford Hospital, from Southend Hospital: this letter apologised for sending Dr Allwood the original referral letter – as he is a Neonatologist!  JH rang Sara Stacey but she was not in her office; JH rang Lyn Headon and told her the story (Lyn told JH that Sara was not about); JH rang Kathy who had not realised the import of the ‘new’ letter and thought that it was simply correcting the other errors thereon – see entry above for 9 February 2006.  In any event, Dr Allwood‘s Secretary has sent the referral letter to the Nephrology Department.

2006 - February 14th - Tuesday VALENTINES DAY!

JH received a birthday card from Kathy and Ralph marked ‘belated’!

2006 - February 15th or 17th - Wed/Fri

JH Called into Sara Stacey’s office but Sara not about.  Lyn very upset because her father had just been discharged, after having his prostate attended to, when he fell in the bathroom and dislocated his shoulder, broke his humerus, gashed his ear, and damaged his leg.  JH dispatched Richard to the office with three Easter Bunnies {WRVS purchases} with bells on for Lyn, Margaret and Sara!
