JH called at Renal Unit to speak to Lyn about the latter taking Minutes at the PRCRC [from now on – the Plymouth Centre for Faiths and Cultural Diversity (PCFCD)] - www.pcfcd.co.uk - should JH be ‘missing’ for any trustee meeting.  Sara arrived whilst JH was there and handed JH a copy of a letter from Dr R C Thuraisingham, Consultant Nephrologist at the RLH, to Dr Denton stating that JH could have her ‘work up’ done at Plymouth after ascertaining that JH had had significant weight loss, and suggesting one visit up to the RLH to meet the Staff and also to meet the Surgeon at the same time.  JH reminded Sara that JH had an appointment at the RLH on 6 July 2006 and, after some discussion, decided that arranging an appointment with Dr Denton, with a view to starting JH’s work up, could wait until after this appointment.

JH sent email to Sara – wondering if it would be best for JH to see Dr Denton before JH’s trip to the RLH.

2006 - June 14th - Wednesday

With regards to receiving an appointment at the Pain Management Clinic - JH handed in her completed questionnaire to the appointments Department.

2006 - June 20th - Tuesday

JH received call-minder message from Kathy who was asking for JH’s Mobile Number!  JH phoned Kathy back and told her that she hasn’t got one.  JH also mentioned that she would ask Ann and Walter, JH’s sister and German brother-in-law, if they would like a trip to Cyprus to stay in the Skinners’ apartment; Kathy endorsed that the apartment is NOT suitable for children, although there is another put-you-up bed apparently.
