JH called in at the Renal Unit and spoke to Lyn and Sara Stacey: JH asked Lyn to look to see where JH’s notes were, as she wished to check if Jinny Jeffery (a ‘musical’ friend and a Biochemist) had done the blood work on JH’s specimens – however the notes had already been sent to Neurosurgical Appointments for JH’s appointment with Mr Fewings on 18 May 2006.  Sara came into the office and said she had not managed to track down Dr Denton. . . however, JH explained that she had received a copy of the clinic letter; Sara explained that Dr Denton does NOT copy her in with clinic letters!


 
2006 - May 12th - Friday

JH received a copy of a letter from Dr Moro-Azuela to Dr Denton in which the former says that it will be easier to do the pre transplant investigations in Plymouth.  Further Action: JH to write a note to Dr Moro-Azuela’s Secretary telling her about the change of GP, and that JH’ title is ‘Miss’ not ‘Mrs’!; and to ask her to copy in Sara Stacey with all correspondence.

2006 - May 13th - Saturday

JH received appointment letter to meet the Live Donor Transplant Co-ordinator at the RLH on 7 July 2006 at 1.00pm

2006 - May 18th - Thursday

JH called into see Sara (JH at Derriford Hospital for Neurosurgical follow up appointment) but she was not in the office; Lyn was frantic as going on A/L next week; jh left a message with another colleague in the office (a gentleman to whom she had spoken before) to tell Sara that JH will send her some documents by email.

2006 - May 22nd - Monday

JH received phone call from Kathy who was receiving her Dialysis at the hospital in Cyprus: JH explained that she received an appointment to meet the Live Donor Transplant Co-ordinator at the RLH for THURSDAY 6 JULY 2006 AT 1.00PM; JH endorsed what she had said in her letter to Kathy in Cyprus; JH said she was losing weight; JH asked about the second forthcoming baby and Kathy said that Debbie, her niece, had had Sophie just before the Skinners left for Cyprus.  Kathy said she had sent JH a postcard which JH had not received yet.
