JH sent an email to Skinners to tell them the name of the alternative therapy to treat Ralph’s rheumatics: ie, glucosamine. [JH checked with Barbara Czarnota, JH’s knowledgeable neighbour, about the spelling of ‘glucosamine’, which Angela Tilly also takes.]


 

2007 - February 11th - Sunday

JH emailed Sara Stacey about JH requiring an angiogram with dye: JH explained that she could have the angiogram done in London but, obviously, she would prefer to have it done in Plymouth; JH also told Sara that Ray Trevitt was under the impression that she knew that JH needed a ‘conventional’ angiogram – but JH is not sure why Ray was under this impression; JH also mentioned that Ray had told Kathy and JH that we could be offer a date for our operations somewhere between May and July. 

2007 - February 12th - Monday

JH received reply from Sara:  Sara regrets that the Folks at the London Hosp where not happy with JH’s CT angiogram – in Sara’s opinion it shows JH’s renal anatomy clearly; Sara also stated that she had not heard from Ray at the RLH.

2007 - February 14th - Wednesday

JH returned Derriford Hospital’s notes to the Renal Unit: JH handed them to Lyn as Sara was not around – nor was she around to ask about an angiogram appointment.

2007 - February 15th - Thursday

JH sent an email to Ray to request information about cross-matching, tissue typing, etc

2007 - February 17th - Saturday

JH received an email from Kathy: Kathy has taken copies for Ralph to read – presumably about the glucosamine; the Skinners are investigating having the internet set up at home, in particular, Kathy is searching out various phone numbers to find the cheapest connection – possibly via the Provider, Toucan.

2007 - February 25th - Sunday

Kathy phoned JH to give JH Toucan’s phone number: but, as JH was busy with the PCFCD’s minutes, she didn’t give Kathy time to persuade JH to change her provider!
